When you have a show that spans two continents, seven kingdoms and eight seasons you are going to be introduced to a lot of new characters.
Some of them will be incredibly memorable and will remain in viewers' minds for a long time, while others will have more of a fleeting presence, popping on screen and off without much fanfare.
