Phil and Holly, Holly and Phil. They've been at it again. Drinking all that booze, winning all those awards. For the ninth consecutive year Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby won the best daytime category at the National Television Awards on Tuesday night. And, as is now tradition, they turned up to Wednesday morning's broadcast of This Morning hungover. Indeed, Phil was snapped on the night award in one hand, hip flask in the other - caning it.
