The new Stranger Things trailer for volume 2 of season 5 has dropped and it's left fans terrified for two major characters.

It's the big talk of the Netflix town that Stranger Things is back for its final season and fans are understandably worried for some of their favourite characters.

Hawkins is a pretty unforgiving place at times, and despite everyone's wishes for a happy ending, the big rumour has been that a major character - or two - might not survive the finale.

Since the show started nine years ago back in 2016, fans have enjoyed hours of upside-down entertainment, but the latest trailer eludes to a scary reality.

Two absolute fan-favourite characters appear to be in jeopardy as Steve tells Dustin, “If you die, I die,” echoing the words that Dustin said to him long ago.

And Dustin returns them, “If you die, I die.”

This has led to people fearing for iconic duo and you can watch the whole trailer below:
