In an interview with GQ magazine, Liam Gallagher has definitely ruled out an appearance on Carpool Karaoke after calling James Corden a knob head.
In the popular segment which features on The Late Late Show with James Corden, various celebrities are interviewed by the chatshow host as they singalong to a collection of songs while sitting in the front seat.
When asked about emulating the likes of Adele, Madonna and Britney Spears by appearing on the skit, Gallagher said "No, thank you very much. No f***ing chance mate. With that fat bloke from Kevin and Perry?"
During the interview, Gallagher's manager and girlfriend Debbie Gwyther was present in the room and after hearing Liam's remark, she said "It's called Gavin and Stacey and you've never watched it."
The former Oasis and Beady eye singer instantly replied by saying: "I don't need to watch it to know I won't like it. James Corden is a knob head."
Regarding Carpool Karaoke, it seems that the format is getting bigger and bigger with the news that Apple Music are introducing their own version of the popular segment. There's one difference though because instead of Corden making a regular appearance behind the wheel, the show will feature celebrity pairings. Liam Gallagher won't be appearing in that show but if you fancy seeing him live in concert, he's on the billing at Leeds and Reading as his solo tour heads around the world. As you were.
