Go let it out! There’s a new album about?
Liam Gallagher has left Oasis fans scratching their heads with anticipation after teasing a potential new Oasis album ahead of their reunion tour.
The rumours have arisen after one part of the iconic band, Liam Gallagher, started replying with a mix of cryptic and concrete responses to questions on X about a new album as well as his brother’s song writing.
Now, for those of you unacquainted with LG and his Twitter/X antics, you might be ready to take these rumours with a pinch of salt, and do so.
However, that said, the Oasis frontman has definitely mentioned the subject enough times to suggest a new album as a real possibility, especially with the reunion of the band.
Upon being quizzed by one fan on X about his thoughts on the ‘new songs’ his brother Noel has ‘written for Oasis’, Liam responded: “Blown away.”
Meanwhile back in September he tweeted saying that a new album is “already finished”.
He even emphatically replied to one fan who asked if a new album was “in the air” to which he replied “it’s in the bag mate f*ck the air”.

Upon putting together all the pieces, fans have reacted with excitement to what could potentially be huge news.
One commenter said: “I think a new album would excite me more than the tour but not gonna get my hopes up.”

Meanwhile one person joked: “The absolute funniest thing Oasis could do is record a new album and play that and only that on the tour. With maybe I Am The Walrus as an encore.”
