As we've previously pointed out, ditching a "dad bod" can mean more than just sustaining long spells of cardio, it can involve entire lifestyle changes and even a complete transformation of personal outlook.
So, fair play to Johnny Vegas, who looks absolutely nothing like you might remember him in a new pic posted to Twitter.
The 47-year-old comedian shared an image of himself looking slimmed down, alongside a breakfast of avocado, scrambled eggs and tomatoes - a big change from his previous diet of bacon butties and fry-ups.
Vegas wrote to his over 300 thousand followers: "It's a far cry from a Thatto Heath fry up....ooh you've changed Vegas.
"Apologies fellow tweeters, busy of late and treating our chats like a bacon butty, sadly an all too rare a treat of late x"

As you can imagine the tweet received a universally positive response from social media users. One fan told him: “Wow you look amazing, well done you! I take it you are following a low carb healthy fats way of eating?”
Another commented: “You’re looking amazing, Johnny!”
