Remember when Jackass star Steve-O climbed to the top of a 100ft crane with an inflatable whale holding a sign saying 'SeaWorld Sucks'?

The 41-year-old - who set off a firework when he was up there - has been sentenced to 30 days in jail. The stuntman didn't protest the charges of trespassing, creating a false emergency, using unregistered fireworks, storing fireworks without a permit and possession of fireworks with a permit.
