Remember when Jackass star Steve-O climbed to the top of a 100ft crane with an inflatable whale holding a sign saying ‘SeaWorld Sucks’?
The 41-year-old – who set off a firework when he was up there – has been sentenced to 30 days in jail.
The stuntman didn’t protest the charges of trespassing, creating a false emergency, using unregistered fireworks, storing fireworks without a permit and possession of fireworks with a permit.
Posting the news and this cartoon on his Instagram, he wrote: “Considering I’ve become a clean and sober, dog-rescuing vegan, I must say I’m ready to go to jail– not just because it will bring so much attention to the plight of orcas in captivity, but because it’s nice to let people know I haven’t lost my edge.”
