Here’s a first look at the Big Bang Theory spin-off and Star Trek: Discovery

Two shows that should be huge.

Given that The Big Bang Theory divides audiences like no other show, it’s clear that not everyone is going to be overly enthused to see that the most beloved character, Sheldon Cooper, will be getting his own spin-off.

Still, we’re certain that CBS don’t really mind if some people dislike the show. Have you seen the audience figures that it gets?

Anyways, in Young Sheldon, we finally get an insight into the ticks that make the world’s most intelligent and neurotic man actually tick.

Set in 1980s Texas, we learn that Sheldon’s neighbours and siblings aren’t particularly fond of the boy genius.

Bazinga!

Moving on from the smartest man on our planet to adventures in deep space, Star Trek fans will be eagerly awaiting the new installment of the beloved franchise.

Star Trek : Discovery premieres this autumn on Netflix everywhere and the the series will feature 15 episodes, that’s an increase from the previously announced 13.

Star Trek: Discovery will follow the voyages of Starfleet on their missions to discover new worlds and new lifeforms, and one Starfleet officer who must learn that to truly understand all things alien, you must first understand yourself.
