The talent show Let It Shine is being accused of sexist double standards.

The show, which offers singers the chance to be in a new musical about Take That, is facing a backlash after one of the male contestants was asked to take off his top to show off his body. Harry, was asked by Martin Kemp, one of the judges, to take off his top. Instead of doing so immediately, he said that he would do it if he got through to the next round. Sure enough, he received enough points to see him through and so he removed his top. https://twitter.com/BBCLetItShine/status/820365459447042049?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw Viewers were not impressed by the sexist double standards and complained on social media. https://twitter.com/OmedaJillie/status/820366047215812608?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw https://twitter.com/OutdoorsCharlie/status/820366137934442497?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw https://twitter.com/Jimbobaroo/status/820587021169229824?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw https://twitter.com/Dnzo01/status/820614014275358720?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw https://twitter.com/ObvzItsAndrew/status/820365788800552960?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw
