With just another month to go until the release date of the final season of Game of Thrones, season eight theories have been coming thick.
However, one of the most popular hypothesises has been rejected by a star of the popular HBO series. Issac Hempstead-Wright, who plays Bran Stark in the series, is getting a bit tired of people assuming or asking whether he is actually the Night King.
Speaking to Radio Times, the 19-year-old actor admitted it is an “interesting” theory, but he also insisted that it would be too “obvious”.
He said: “Whenever I post anything on Instagram, I just have a barrage of comments going ‘Night King! Hello Night King! You are Night King! Hello the Night King!’
“I mean, I suppose Bran is quite an interesting character to theorise over because of his whole link to time travel and whatnot.
“Because you can kind of get away with anything theory-wise and make it sound convincing if you’ve got time travel involved.”
