The first reactions to Avengers: Infinity War are here (No spoilers)

The biggest film of 2018 lands this week.

Certain films don't need reviews, publicity or a huge marketing campaign to resonate with film fans because they're not just films, they're events. Avengers: Infinity War perfectly fits this description. This being said, there's an awful lot that's riding on Avengers: Infinity War because fans have been invested in the MCU for the last decade and everything has been leading up to these events. As soon as Tony Stark announced himself as Iron Man at that press conference, the superhero world has grown at a rate that's faster than Quicksilver making a dash for the bathroom. Thankfully, we're delighted to say that Infinity War really is a treat for fans of the MCU. At the end of Captain America: Civil War, Earth's mightiest heroes were at loggerheads as the Sokovia Accords threatened to tear the Avengers apart. Well, with the Russo Brothers (Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War )back at the helm for this adventure, fans can breathe easily because JOE got to see the film and we're delighted to say that it's an absolute riot. We're not going to spoil anything, but the Russos have done a wonderful job at balancing all of those characters that we love with some breathtaking action and memorable laughs. FYI, it's far funnier than it has any right to be. Not even Thanos' plan for total domination could quell the happiness of these critics.
