Some of you will already know the simple solution to this conundrum though, and many in the comments were quick to provide Kayla with the answer. The three iPhone cameras are not all in use at the same time, and whether they are in use is dependent on what settings you're using on your phone and factors such as lighting and zoom. In this video, Kayla is using a wide shot and the other cameras would only be in use if the lighting changed or if she zoomed in or out. It seems that, whilst it's up for debate whether iPhones have a number of pointless features or not, the three cameras are not one of them.
