Woman gives away computer worth $200,000

It's not often that doing the recycling can earn you a six-figure sum.

A woman who gave away an old and unwanted computer could be in line for a huge windfall after it turned out to be a first generation Apple product, worth hundreds of thousands. The only problem? Now, if she comes forward, she has a small fortune waiting for her: the Apple 1 sold at auction for $200,000 (about £130,000), and Clean Bay Area has promised to give her half of the proceeds. "It's not every day that someone gives you $100,000," Clean Bay Area VP Victor Gichun told NBC Bay Area.
