How did it all come to this?

If this is the future of gaming, we'll probably give it a miss. Forget hoverboards, self-tying trainers and floating cars, it seems that the perception of the advancement of technology is that it's desperately uncool. This gamer was spotted lost in his own world on public transport in Boston, Massachusetts. He may have been killing it in the virtual world of his VR headset, but fellow commuters were less than impressed. https://twitter.com/NeilTLindquist/status/715867423065419776?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw Neil Lindquist took the original video and told BBC's Newsbeat:
"There was a guy sitting there on his VR headset and as the ride went along he was becoming a little bit more animated. "Initially, he was pretty quiet but about 10 minutes in he was having much more of a reaction to the game. "At first, I was trying to figure out if it was a joke or not because we were getting pretty close to April Fools. But it wasn't!"
We think Jeremy Vine said it best in his tweet... https://twitter.com/theJeremyVine/status/717440522282016772 The thing about VR is that you can't actually see what the user is looking at, so he could have been watching porn while all those people just stood around looking at him. Just let that settle in for a second. This is the future of commuting.
