With a new feature called ‘Lenses’, users will be able to apply seven face filters after taking a selfie to help bring that selfie to life - like distorting your face, making it look older or by adding sounds and animations. Just in case your own face isn't quite wacky enough.
Snapchat users have been able to replay one disappeared Snap per day up to now, but they will now be able to replay as many as they want to (even though they’ll have to fork out some cash to do so).
Now US Snapchat users can purchase three replayed snaps for $0.99; it is not yet clear when it will be rolled out worldwide.
Finally, Snapchat users will be rewarded for the way use the app with a new feature called ‘Trophies’ which users can check via a small trophy icon which turns yellow when a new one has been awarded.
