Fans of Nathan, Sully and the gang will be happy with this news.
The first Uncharted game - Drake's Fortune - was released on the PS3 in the US on 19 November 2007 (we had to wait until 7 December to get our hands on it over here) and it pretty much immediately became an instant classic.
Over the years we've had three more full games - Among Thieves, Drake's Deception, A Thief's End - which effectively told the Nathan Drake story in its entirety. That obviously didn't stop the franchise itself from continuing on, as we seen in this year's brilliant spin-off, The Lost Legacy.
Several millions copies of the series sold later - as well as over 2,000 people killed by Drake himself in the games - and Sony and the games' developers Naughty Dog have decided to celebrate the anniversary by giving fans of the series some cool free stuff.

Here's the list of freebies in full:
- A free PS4 theme and profile avatar - available until 5pm on Tuesday 21 November
- Other Uncharted themes are also available until that time and date
- An Uncharted 10th Anniversary character skin bundle on Uncharted 4 - available until 19 December
- Uncharted 4 points & relics on sale at half price - available until 19 December
On top of all of that, there will be a retrospective panel taking place on Sunday 10 December. It will be happening from the PlayStation Experience event, and will involve "a life-sized recreation of Nate's attic" - which, fans of the series will know, featured in Uncharted 4 and was filled with trinkets of Drake's tomb-raiding career. You'll have to be a bit of a night owl though, as it will be airing at 1am GMT.
To celebrate all this great news, let us take a look at the best scene from the games to date, Drake's escape from the crashing plane in Uncharted 3.
