New app lets you order a pint to your seat and beat the queue

If we genuinely accept the phrase that time is precious, it's entirely logical to assume that your free time - or drinking time as you might prefer to call it - is even more valuable. Bearing this in mind, anything that can help you shave off a few precious seconds while queuing at the the bar is more than welcome. Be honest, have you ever missed a goal while waiting to be served at the cash register? Yep, it has happened to us all. Well, queues at the bar in Wetherspoons look set to be a thing of the past because they've launched a new app that lets you order food and drink without ever leaving your seat. The app called Wetherspoon Order and Pay is currently available on iPhones/Androids, and it also has an option which also has a 'Pub Finder' service which uses geolocation to help customers find their nearest Spoonies. The app can be used at every Wetherspoons pub in the UK and it has been designed to help those who might not be mobile or able to walk. The app should also help parents who might feel uncomfortable leaving their children unattended while they order food or drink. Here's what the design looks like.
