With more rumours surfacing that Louis van Gaal is prioritising the signature of a pacey winger or two, the name Zlatan Ibrahimovic doesn't exactly fit the bill.

Yet, according to Spanish publication Fichajes, United remain keen on the 34-year-old and have opened talks with him over a summer move. The publication claims van Gaal has switched his attention to the Swede after hopes fade of bringing Cristiano Ronaldo back to Old Trafford. Fichajes is not alone in linking the veteran with a move to Manchester, with Don Balon having claimed United could be ready to bid huge money for Ibrahimovic.
