WWE legend Harry Fujiwara, AKA Mr Fuji, dies aged 82

A sad day for WWE fans.

WWE Hall of Famer Harry Fujiwara, AKA Mr. Fuji, has passed away at the age of 82. The cause of his death has not yet been disclosed. Mr. Fuji spent 30 years in the WWE as both a competitor and subsequently as a manager and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2007. As a competitor, he was famous for throwing salt (which he kept in small bags in his tights) into the eyes of opponents and was a five-time World Tag Team champion. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hfl_8BYYATY Clip via Monsoon Classic As a manager, the Hawaii native looked after the likes of “Magnificent” Don Muraco, George “The Animal” Steele, Kamala, Killer Khan, Demolition, The Powers of Pain and Yokozuna and was usually seen in his uniform of tuxedo and bowler hat. A statement on the WWE website said that “his career will be remembered by different generations for different reasons but Mr. Fuji, whether as a Superstar or manager, is one of the most entertaining performers in the history of WWE”.
