Luckily, Diego Costa was the one man to remember this rite of passage as he gave John Terry the most fitting send-off of all. Terry is set to leave Stamford Bridge after 713 games, five Premier League titles, five FA Cups, a Champions League, a Europa League and three League Cups for his club. The centre-half made his Blues debut all the way back in 1998 and he's seen almost everything on the football pitch. But surely Costa's unusual farewell to his captain was a new experience for Terry.
