Euro 2016 comes to its conclusion this weekend when Portugal take on hosts France in Paris.

European football's governing body, Uefa, has taken the opportunity of a down day to pay tribute to the players, fans and moments that made the tournament so special. It's got all the highs and the lows of a memorable tournament, with goal celebrations, head-in-hands moments and the thunder clap (the Icelandic version of course, rather than the French one). You can soak in the Swiss celebrations, German gratitude, and pure, unbridled Welsh joy. Oh, and plenty of clips of France's players and fans from their run to the final.
