Uefa’s sweeping Euro 2016 fan tribute will give you an emotional jolt

Euro 2016 comes to its conclusion this weekend when Portugal take on hosts France in Paris.

European football's governing body, Uefa, has taken the opportunity of a down day to pay tribute to the players, fans and moments that made the tournament so special.
