That late, late Raheem Sterling goal on Wednesday night helped preserve Manchester City's winning streak.
Pep Guardiola's team have been phenomenal during the season's early months and are currently eight points clear at the Premier League summit, with Manchester United gazing up at them from second.
With the Manchester derby looming, Paul Pogba was asked during an interview with Football Focus if he could see City slipping up in the months ahead.
Explaining that he hoped that they would begin to drop points, Pogba then added that - in the nicest possible way - he hoped City would pick up a few injuries along the way, too.
"I hope - and it's bad to say things like this - but fortunately for us I hope they will get some very important players injured like what happened with us," he said.
Pogba himself has only just returned from a two-month spell on the sideline after damaging a hamstring in a Champions League meeting with Basel in September.
"People don't see this, don't speak about this, but every time we have important players that get injured when there is important games.
"So if that starts happening with them as well maybe we'll get a little difference... a little touch that makes them weaker."

As the tweet above correctly predicted, the comments haven't been too well received by some City supporters.
