Watch Liverpool’s new signings sing their initiation songs – it’s really quite something

Georginio Wijnaldum stole the show with his Bob Marley impression

Danny Ings is having the time of his life.

It has been a busy summer at Liverpool with Sadio Mané, Georginio Wijnaldum, Ragnar Klavan, Marko Grujic, Joel Matip, Loris Karius and Alex Manninger all joining Jürgen Klopp’s Anfield revolution.

As is the norm with most football teams, Liverpool’s senior players reckon that the best way to integrate these new faces into the club is by making them sing a song in front of the whole squad.

While we’re not exactly going to pass judgement like some annoying X-Factor judge, the face of Danny Ings pretty much sums everything up because he can’t help himself from laughing at some of these efforts.

After watching this, we’ve got two questions. 1) What the hell is going on with Ragnar Klavan’s shirt? 2) When will Wijnaldum release his Bob Marley tribute album?

Take a look.

Distinctly average.

Ings himself will be hoping for a better season this time around. He joined the Reds in the summer of 2015 from Burnley but suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury in Jurgen Klopp’s first week as Liverpool boss.

He made his comeback in the last match of last season – a 1-1 draw at West Brom, but now after a full pre-season he will be looking to force his way back into the team.
