If the former Liverpool manager had've waited on the pitch to hug an opposition player, and congratulate him on his performance, he would've been criticised on social media.
The act would've arguably appeared false and forced, with repeated references to 'the boy' possessing 'great character' in the post-match interviews.
But such is Klopp's charisma, the German just oozed class when he made a bee-line for Spurs' striker Harry Kane following Saturday's 1-1 draw at Anfield.
Kane scored the equaliser in the game, taking him to 22 Premier League goals for the season, a new record for the London side, and earned the admiration of Klopp in the process.
