This is yet another example of the stark contrast between Jurgen Klopp and his predecessor Brendan Rodgers. If the former Liverpool manager had've waited on the pitch to hug an opposition player, and congratulate him on his performance, he would've been criticised on social media. The act would've arguably appeared false and forced, with repeated references to 'the boy' possessing 'great character' in the post-match interviews. But such is Klopp's charisma, the German just oozed class when he made a bee-line for Spurs' striker Harry Kane following Saturday's 1-1 draw at Anfield.
