Fans began leaving their seats after Scott Dann headed the winner home and Klopp was clearly not used to seeing his supporters give up on the team so early.
"I felt pretty alone in this moment," he admitted. "We decide when it's over.
"Big decisions are made in moments when you feel tired. When you have a pulse of 180, then big decisions [are made]. Not in an easy game, in the first minute when nobody will strike back.
"It's always when you're really under stress and that's everything we can learn. And tonight, it feels so bad because it was absolutely not necessary tonight.
"We have to feel this and keep this and we will know why we don't want this anymore."
