Foul... no it's a throw... no it's a corner... no it's a goal-kick... no it's a substitution...
As it turned out, it was a penalty in the dying moments of the League One clash between Peterborough and Southend United, presumably because the referee decided to overrule his assistant on 80% of his decisions. Some wag pointed out on Twitter that it looked like he was trying to land a plane. Our best guess is that the rhythm got him and he was trying his version of the Macarena.
