As you adapt to life on the slopes, the odd fall here and there is simply part of the learning curve. Even the more experienced skiers are prone to a tumble once in a while, but perhaps not quite as dramatic as this one. Angel Collinson falls 1,000 ft down an Alaskan mountainside, narrowly avoiding rocks before eventually coming to a halt.
