You may remember the needless panic that surrounded Conor McGregor's preparation ahead of his last fight with Chad Mendes as some people speculated that the Irishman wouldn't make the required weight for the fight. But there's no need for those fears to be repeated ahead of his upcoming featherweight fight against Jose Aldo. The interim champ has posted a brief clip of his workout routine and it's seriously impressive, as he performs a series of  sit-ups while hanging from a punching bag.
