Manchester United suffered their heaviest Premier League defeat under Louis van Gaal on Sunday as they lost 3-0 at Everton.

Not even the half-time introduction of Radamel Falcao could save them, with United now standing seven points above Liverpool in the race for fourth having played a game more.
