Ronaldo in Paris

Real Madrid mouthpiece Marca claim that Paris Saint-Germain have overtaken Manchester United in the pursuit of Cristiano Ronaldo.

According to the Madrid-based newspaper, the French club are willing to cough up a whopping €125m in order to snare the Portuguese.

But of course the player would much rather stay at the Bernabeu. It’s almost like there’s a club election going on.

ADM to PSG

The Sun report that Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in bringing Angel Di Maria to the Parc des Princes.

The French club have been pursuing the Argentine for some time now, but have been hampered by FFP rules.

Their way around it is take the player on a season-long loan, and United would be only too happy to help because it’s all about PSG.

Sterling Capital

It wouldn’t be a transfer gossip column without a section devoted to Raheem Shaquille Sterling’s future.

Today’s update is that Liverpool have slapped a £60m price tag onto the England international’s ample forehead.

The Mail reckon such a fee would be enough to prise the player away from Anfield, with both Chelsea and Arsenal still interested.

But there’s more…

*Iker Casillas would welcome the arrival of David De Gea to Real Madrid, lies Iker Casillas. (Mail)

*United have been offered Costa Rican Keylor Navas as part of deal to take De Gea to Real. (Express)
