Liverpool eye City duo
According to the Daily Star, Liverpool are plotting a double swoop on Manchester City.
The Reds are hoping to sign James Milner on a free transfer when his contract expires in June, while Stevan Jovetic is also on their radar after reportedly being told he’s free to leave the Etihad.
Liverpool are apparently confident of beating Arsenal to Milner’s signature and will start the bidding for Jovetic at £16m.
City to fight United for Gundogan
The Daily Star also claim that City will duke it out with Manchester United to sign Ilkay Gundogan.
Reports on Friday suggested the Borussia Dortmund star’s switch to Old Trafford is almost a done deal, but it appears City have now entered the race.
The 24-year-old will cost around £20m, with Arsenal also monitoring the situation.
Arsenal chase Fekir
Arsenal are plotting a £15m move for 21-year-old Lyon star Nabil Fekir.
The talented attacking midfielder has received glowing reports from Gunners scout Gilles Grimandi, according to the Daily Mirror, prompting Arsene Wenger to prepare an offer.
Fekir has been capped twice for France this season after scoring 12 goals for Lyon.
