There’s no leather left on the ball after Nemanja Matic’s rocket against Spurs

That. Stays. Hit.

If you’re going to score your first goal of the season, it’s probably better to do it in style, or via an absolute thunderbastard of a strike.

In an absolutely absorbing FA Cup semi-final, it’s Chelsea that will be returning to Wembley for the showpiece event after they beat Spurs 4-2 in a pulsating encounter that was crowned with one of the best goals this season.

Conte’s men took an early lead thanks to Willian’s superb free-kick, but Spurs struck back thanks to Harry Kane’s well taken header.

The Premier League leaders restored their lead just before the break as Willian converted from the penalty spot. Spurs drew level thanks to Dele Alli’s 20th goal in all competitions this season.

As the game moved into its final stages, Chelsea restored their lead thanks to Eden Hazard’s low drive but as their fans leave Wembley, it’s very likely that they’ll only be talking about one goal.

Prior to today, Nemanja Matic had only scored 5 goals at Stamford Bridge since returning from Benfica, but he has never scored a better one than this.

Take a look.

Zouma’s reaction is amazing also.
