Kenny Miller loves scoring goals.
Kenny Miller loves scoring derby goals (and Derby goals).
Kenny Miller especially loves scoring in the Old Firm game, having scored in last season’s Scottish Cup semi-final victory for Rangers, as well as finding the net during previous spells with both them and Celtic.
So any fan of either club won’t have been surprised to see the veteran open the scoring in the first Ibrox meeting between the Old Firm this season.
Of course, if you’re not au fait with Scottish football you might be surprised to see him still around. And that certainly seemed to be the prevailing emotion even before the 37-year-old found the net.
HOW IS KENNY MILLER STILL PLAYING ?

Those who watched the Scottish international at his previous clubs were shocked to learn that he hasn’t yet hung up his boots.

Kenny Miller looked past it for Cardiff 6 years ago. If you're ever in doubt about the standard in Scotland.

And when he opened the scoring, that only intensified.
Kenny Miller is still playing? Assumed he was long gone. Mind, I thought that about Rangers and here they are.

Kenny Miller is about 65 but he's still playing top tier football in Scotland? What must the players be like in Leagues 1 & 2?

Shout out to English pals seeing Kenny Miller score in an Old Firm as though nothing has happened in Scottish football in the past 8 year https://t.co/BLq9uNuvL3

Will he ever retire?
The year is 2083 and Kenny Miller is still playing in the Old Firm
— Alan Salter (@Salter91) December 31, 2016
The year is 2638. Kenny Miller is still playing professional football and has scored against a team his great great great grandson manages.
