Manchester United's pursuit of Morgan Schneiderlin has become the will-they-won't-they saga of the summer.

Last time on U•N•I•T•E•D, it seemed like a match made in heaven. Louis van Gaal was in need of a long-term replacement for Michael Carrick, and lovable midfielder-next-door Morgan was the perfect fit. Despite the advances of hunky Arsene Wenger, it looked certain that Ed Woodward had won Morgan's heart (and signature). But that's when things got complicated...
