The New York Times report that the Real Madrid star paid $18.5 million for the 2,509 square foot loft in the Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue.
The purchase of the apartment has fuelled rumours that Ronaldo may move to the MLS when his contract with Real Madrid ends in 2018.
