This summer, the bar has been well and truly raised for new signing announcements.
Arsenal have taken to trolling their own fans, while Everton went down a similar route with Ashley Williams' arrival.
Of course, neither went as big as Manchester United with Paul Pogba and his video, or as subtle as Manchester City getting Uefa to announce the John Stones deal for them.
Georges-Kévin N'Koudou is a name very familiar to Tottenham fans, after the club was seemingly hours from signing the Frenchman on more than one occasion.
And the deal has finally been completed, with the Marseille winger taking Clinton N'Jie's number 14 shirt.
N'Jie has gone in the opposite direction on loan, but the Cameroonian doesn't feature in Spurs' announcement clip.
The club are clearly well aware of the talk around Nkoudou's impending arrival, and now we can see why it took so long.
No, they weren't waiting for the N'Jie agreement. They were waiting for their social media team to put together this video. Was it worth the wait? You be the judge.

Spurs fans have responded with a mix of relief at the signing and frustration that it took this long.
Oh, and a fair few are happy with how the deal was announced.
