Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirms return of three players for game against Arsenal

Ole is at the wheel. Ole is the wheel. Fuck it, Ole is the entire car

Fresh off bantering PSG Oil Barrens club de football out of the Champions League, Manchester United have now been given an additional lift in the form of three first team players returning to action in time for Sunday’s game against Arsenal.

The fixture could prove decisive in the battle for fourth place and the last spot in next season’s Gazprom Cup, aka yet another opportunity to prevent Gianluigi Buffon from retiring and moving to the Caribbean, having never won the one medal he so desperately craves.

According to reports the trio of Anthony Martial, Ander Herrera and lumbering war elephant Nemanja Matic will all be rejoining the team ready to do battle at the Emirates against an Arsenal side fresh off a 3-1 defeat away at Rennes in the Diet Gazprom Cup.

Martial’s availability has been confirmed by Ole Gunnar himself, whilst there is a good chance Herrera and Matic will make the match day squad.

As it stands, United are one point ahead of the Gunners on 58 and are currently in fourth. Arsenal are fifth, with the same amount of games played, but possess a marginally better goal difference. They could, however, qualify directly by winning the Europa League whilst Chelsea – on 56 points – could also leapfrog both teams if they win their game in hand.

There’s also some kind of title race going on. You might not have been aware. God bless the Premier League.
