Is Ruud Gullit the most non-committal pundit in football?
The Dutch legend gave his thoughts to the BBC on how he sees the Premier League playing out and, unsurprisingly, echoed the beliefs of the bookmakers that Chelsea are the team to beat.
Here are his views on the teams expected to challenge...
Ruud on Chelsea: "Chelsea at the moment for me, on paper, looks the best team although they lost the last game against Arsenal."
Ruud on Man United: "They are under a lot of pressure because they have to do better than last year."
Ruud on Arsenal: "Arsenal, of course, with Petr Cech looks a little bit better at the back. That's a good asset."
Ruud on City: "Manchester City, what I've seen until now, didn't impress me at all."
And finally...
Ruud on Liverpool: "I don't know. I don't know. I really don't know."
