Lukaku sent his support to Eriksen after opening the scoring against Russia

Romelu Lukaku marked his first goal of Euro 2020 by sending a message of support to his Inter Milan teammate Christian Eriksen, who collapsed earlier on Saturday. Eriksen stumbled to the ground shortly before half-time in Denmark's Group B game with Finland, receiving emergency medical treatment on the pitch for a number of minutes before being taken to hospital. The game was eventually restarted after a statement from UEFA confirmed the 29-year-old had been stabilised and was undergoing further assessment. Belgium kicked off their tournament against Russia in St Petersburg, with Lukaku making the most of a defensive mix-up to give the Red Devils an early lead.
