Romelu Lukaku has been left out of the Manchester United squad for the Saturday lunchtime kick-off against Bournemouth.
The striker has struggled in front of goal in recent weeks, having last found the net for United on September 15 against Watford.
After benching Lukaku for the visit of Everton last Sunday, Jose Mourinho explained that he is trying to relieve the pressure that has been building on the forward following criticism of his performances.
“The reason (for his omission) is he is playing lots of matches and lately, not just not scoring goals, but also not showing lots of confidence," said Mourinho.
"Sometimes we decide that the best thing for the players is to not be on the pitch, to be protected and away from the initial pressure."

With Lukaku not even making the squad for the trip to Bournemouth, Mourinho has handed Anthony Martial and Alexis Sanchez another chance to impress.
Martial is currently locked in talks over a new five-year deal at Old Trafford after showing signs of returning to his best form with goals against Everton, Chelsea and Newcastle.
Fred also keeps his place after making his first Premier League start since September 22 in the victory over Everton.
With Lukaku scoring six goals in his last three appearances against Bournemouth, it remains to be seen whether United will miss him.
