United fans had hoped that that would change under Jose Mourinho. There's no denying that the club have enjoyed an impressive transfer window so far and look a far more dangerous outfit, stringing together some forward passes in a recent 2-0 victory against Wigan already in pre-season. But it seems even a defeat in pre-season is enough to reignite the mockery.
Mourinho's men were thrashed 4-1 by a slick-looking Borussia Dortmund in a friendly in China, with the manager blaming the fact that United are behind the German side in terms of fitness and training. That didn't stop this lot making hay whilst they still can...
