It doesn't require a genius to predict that Jose Mourinho at Tottenham will probably not work out in the long-term. Even in the short term, it's tough to argue that it's going well. But if there's one certainty at Spurs, it's that Harry Kane will score goals as long as he's fit. Former Arsenal player and Sky Sports pundit Paul Merson, however, isn't sure of Mourinho's ability to get those goals out of Kane. 25 a season, to be specific. (Why always this barometer of 25?) So, in response, Jose did what Jose does and during a press conference, reeled off a list of impressive stats from his managerial career. It's safe to say he made his point - strikers have scored goals under his management - though he did fuck up his maths on Drogba, but we'll forgive him.
