Quiz: Name these teams who have knocked Man United out of Europe

Can you name every team to have knocked Manchester United out of Europe since the 1993/94 season? Man United have been eliminated from European competitions by 14 different teams since the 1993/94 campaign, the season Man United first played in the Champions League. You have five minutes to name them all.

Before you get started on the quiz, here are some points to keep note of:

The quiz focuses on Man United in the Champions League, the Uefa Cup and the Europa League.
The seasons when they exited Europe in the group stages of the Champions League and did not drop into the Europa League have not been included, (1994/95, 2005/06).
Man United did not qualify for Europe in the 2014/15 season.
Teams who beat Man United in European finals have been included.
