20 current Premier League managers. What was their former club?

Very few managers will stay with one specific club for life, and with this in mind, we've decided to test your knowledge of the current managers in the Premier League. Ok, what was the last club they managed? Take note, Steve Agnew and Craig Shakespeare have only made the jump from assistants to head/caretaker managers this season, so there are two answers already. Also, the last work that Big Sam and Antonio Conte done respectively was with England and Italy. Ignore their work with the national sides, we want their last clubs. Can you get all the 20 managers?
