European champions Liverpool, who finished second last season, feature in the season's first game - hosting newly promoted Norwich at Anfield on Friday August 9. This game will be shown on Sky Sports.
City begin their defence away to West Ham in the early kick-off the next day, shown on BT Sport.
Arguably the biggest game of the first weekend, however, is the one which takes place at Old Trafford on Sunday, where Manchester United host Chelsea in a 4.30pm kick-off.
