One of the highest profile managers in the Premier League may soon leave his club, following a report that he is in direct talks regarding an immediate departure, as first indicated by Fabrizio Romano.
A host of Premier League clubs have already opted to make changes in management so far this season, including the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United, who sacked Enzo Maresca and Ruben Amorim respectively back in January.
Further down the Premier League, relegation threatened Nottingham Forest have already made three changes in manager this term, with all of Nuno Espirito Santo, Ange Postecoglou, and Sean Dyche departing the City Ground at various points of the campaign.
Fabrizio Romano's report today indicates that a manager few would have predicted as a candidate to be sacked at the start of the season, could soon leave his post.

It appears as though Oliver Glasner may soon leave Crystal Palace, less than a year on from his FA Cup triumph with the Eagles.
While it has been widely reported that Glasner is set to leave Selhurst Park at the end of the season, it appears as though both parties are now moving towards an immediate exit for the Austrian.
Since the announcement of Glasner's plan to leave in the summer, Palace's Premier League form has stagnated, with the FA Cup champions slowly moving closer to the relegation zone, now just eight points from danger.
Palace have also been accused of playing without the clear identity that awarded Glasner so much praise last season.
It now remains to be seen how those talks progress, and whether an exit can be agreed between parties.
