Footage of Darren Moore's post-match team talk has been making the rounds on social media after players interrupted the Sheffield Wednesday gaffa to give him a heartfelt message.
The Owls overturned a 4-0 first-leg deficit to progress to Wembley for the League One play-off final.
A 98th-minute goal from Liam Palmer sent the tie into extra time, where the South Yorkshire club had to come from behind once again after a Lee Gregory own goal.
Callum Peterson netted in the second half of overtime, with the Owls eventually winning the tie 5-3 on penalties.
Sky Sports dubbed it one of the greatest comebacks in play-off history, while others said it was no less than Wednesday deserved after racking up an impressive 96 points during the season, two shy of the automatic promotion places.
Footage of Darren Moore's post-match team talk was posted to Twitter by Sheffield Wednesday after the game.
Moore praised his players for turning the tie around against the odds but he was interrupted by the team towards the end who gave him a heartfelt message.
