What the actual f*ck.

We thought the general idea of sporting mascots was to look cute and cuddly on the sidelines and engage youngsters going to games – not to haunt their nightmares and prolong bed-wetting.

Japanese rugby union side Sunwolves (or HITO-Communications Sunwolves to give them their full name) obviously decided something a little edgier was required for their club symbol.

So they’ve created a weird kind of demonic creature, two parts Crack Fox from the Mighty Boosh and one part Michael Jackson from the Thriller video.
