Dejan Lovren could be facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines after a horrendous-looking knee injury sustained against West Brom saw the defender stretchered off. He gets the block in but Gardner's momentum is taking him on through. 6. You can see where this is going. 7. Lovren's knee bends completely the wrong way.
