If anything, one might worry about the lack of protection in midfield, but when you have a defence consisting of Beckenbauer, Maldini, Puyol and Thuram, then maybe you’ve nothing to worry about.
With service from Xavi, Zidane and Platini, a front three of Muller, Van Basten and Ronaldo would be banging in the goals and Dino Zoff isn’t too bad at keeping them out either.
